Create and deploy a ticket panel
Create the message members use to open tickets and deploy it to Discord.

A panel is the Discord message members click to start a ticket or support flow.
- Create at least one ticket category.
- Open Panels in the dashboard and create a button or dropdown panel.
- Add each category or interactive flow to the panel.
- Save it, then run
/setup-panelin Discord and choose the panel and destination channel.
The bot needs View Channel, Send Messages, and Embed Links in the panel channel. To create tickets, it also needs Manage Channels in the Discord category where tickets will go.
