Download the transcript file and open it in a web browser.

A transcript file such as transcript-1042.html is a web page. Download it, then open it with Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, or another browser.
On iPhone or iPad, save it to the Files app and open it there. On Android, download it and choose a browser when asked which app to use. If a computer opens it in a text editor, use Open with and select a browser.
